Lauren Goff is the Incoming President of the MPISSN Chapter and currently supports the Global Meetings & Events program team at Medtronic where she is responsible for project management, sourcing, negotiating supplier agreements, improving processes and systems, as well as executing long-term strategies for the Strategic Meetings Management Program. Lauren has been with Medtronic since 2013 as a Senior Meeting Manager for the Office of Medical Affairs and Renal Denervation Therapy. Before Medtronic, Lauren worked for the CA Department of General Services as a Meeting & Conference Specialist as a CGMP and member of SGMP. Lauren received her BA degree from the San Francisco State University and recently a Master’s in Meeting & Event Management at SDSU. She is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and is a remote employee located in Sacramento, CA. She enjoys being outdoors and volunteering with the Active 20-30 Club of Greater Sacramento in her free time, in addition to taking care of her 4-year-old son Atlas, dog Penny, pig Peppa, 3 chickens, 2 cats and a fish.
