Understanding the Seven Pillars of Self Care

Speaker: Tanon Holcomb and Katie Valdivia

Self-care is vital and covers all aspects of your health and well-being. Most of us know that self-care includes things like exercising, eating healthy and getting regular check-ups. But do you fully understand the scope of self-care and how you can incorporate it into your life in a meaningful way?

Join us for this interactive workshop to explore the seven pillars of self-care. Assess and identify what practices will help incorporate self-care and learn some practical ways to incorporate these pillars into your daily routine. When combined, the results help you navigate your physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, financial, environmental and social well-being.
